Andrew – Drysdale, Victoria (RX Series)
Andrew Belfrage is an agricultural contractor, doing hay, ploughing, spraying, sowing and other work in the Geelong and Bellarine regions of Victoria. Prior to buying his first Kioti, the RX7030 cabin tractor with 4-in-1 loader, Andrew researched other makes and models before deciding on Kioti. Given his subsequent experience, he would recommend Kioti to anyone.
“I looked at tractors in the same range; some were cheaper, some more expensive. But I also like to know where they’re manufactured and where the parts are coming from. Kioti tractors are still made by Daedong in South Korea. They’ve been making tractors for a long time and they’re still here and going strong, so they must be doing something right.
“The RX7030 is a well-built, versatile tractor with plenty of power for a diverse range of operations and pretty good fuel economy. Kioti tractors are more user friendly; the cabin is very comfortable [and] it has all the specs and features I’ve been looking for, and is very easy to operate.
“Visibility is very good and the tractor is easy to manoeuvre with a good turning circle. I like having the power shuttle level and no clutch – it makes driving so easy. The one-push switch for hydraulic 4WD is very useful. I’m pleased with the way the RX has handled all the work I’ve done with it and I’d recommend it for anyone needing a good, strong all-round utility tractor.”
